The global adoption of virtual learning has seen many benefits such as increases in audience reach, global connection, and productivity; however, that doesn't mean it can't be frustrating at times.

As a Virtual Instructor-led Training Producer, my goal is to ensure that everyone in attendance - from the facilitator to the participants - has an overall positive virtual experience by recognizing and removing roadblocks that can and will arise during a vILT session.
