The hiring process

Your experience as a candidate is incredibly important to us.

We try to provide all the info you’ll need about the hiring process up front, so you know what to expect. This is what hiring looks like at AMP.

01 The intake session

The process starts with an intake session, prompted by a hiring request made by the internal team.

In this session we figure out what the team’s needs and wants are. We use this information to better guide our recruitment process and build a persona for the “ideal” candidate.

02 Posting the job

Next, we create a job description and post the job. We craft the description carefully, doing our best to share what we are looking for and clearly explain what the day-to-day of the role will
look like.

03 Resume reviews

Once we receive your resume, it’s reviewed by the recruiter (and, occasionally, relevant team members).

You will be contacted whether or not you are chosen to move forward.

04 Interviews begin

If chosen to interview, you’ll participate in a phone screening with the recruiter and a video panel interview with members of the team.

This helps us get to know you better–and helps you learn about AMP and our team!
