We use a specialized framework to design our learning campaigns, focusing on four steps: awareness, engagement, action, and advocacy. We are thoughtful about the entire learning journey, from first awareness of a learning need to possibilities of engaging successful learners as ambassadors.

Strategy.

Before we can begin to construct a learning campaign, we need to identify the gaps in your learners’ knowledge. Using a human-centered design thinking approach, we work with you to locate gaps in your learners’ understanding and pain points in their experiences. Then, we put together a plan of action and create campaigns that address strategic needs.

Awareness.

The learner starts their journey when they become aware of a learning opportunity that will fill a gap in their expertise or understanding.

Effective campaigns prime the learner for the knowledge and training to come with messaging that speaks to their specific needs, desires, and pain points. Depending on the channels available, this could mean reaching learners through email, digital assets, installations, posters, messaging delivered by leadership in meetings, swag delivered to desks, tabling at events, and more. We’ll meet your learners where they are and make sure your training reaches those with the most to gain.

We also build in strategic ways to evaluate their understanding.
